Focused Education is excited to unveil our revamped Copy Paper program, which has been refined to enhance its relevance and value for our members. By integrating proposals from both new and existing suppliers, we now offer a comprehensive program including an alternative to traditional wood fibre paper - Sugar Sheet, made from sugarcane waste instead of wood pulp.
This program grants you access to a diverse array of paper from top manufacturers and brands, all at highly competitive prices. Join us and discover how our expanded offerings can support your needs.
In our new Copy Paper program, two primary distributors have been selected. While Grand & Toy continues as a familiar name, we are pleased to introduce Staples Professional as a new addition to the program. Focused Education will work with the above suppliers to continue supporting the K-12 community during the initial 5-Year term of the agreements.
What To expect
The agreements offer the sector:
- competitive pricing on a wide range of copy paper in various sizes, colors and format.
- dedicated account representatives to provide support and responsive customer service
- development of a Member Core List
Both suppliers now offer Canadian-produced Domtar paper, and access to Sugar Sheet—a copy paper made from sugarcane waste instead of wood pulp. These options support Members’ sustainability goals while helping to mitigate tariff-related risks.
Member Core List: those products that are specific and widely used by a member. List will be developed and managed mutually by the supplier(s) and a member by establishing a Commercial Participation Agreement (CPA).
HOW TO GET STARTED
Ready to make a purchase? Connect with the supplier(s) to discuss your needs and sign a Commercial Participation Agreement (CPA) [see Member Only Content].
You can work with the supplier to develop your Member Core List, based on your requirements. The CPA provides opportunity for members to address member-specific terms such as delivery schedule, minimum order and payment schedule, etc.
A Master Agreement (MA) has established between Focused Education and each Supplier; Schedule A containing the primary clauses is available for download and review. If there are any specific clauses that you do not see in Schedule A, please let us know by email at [email protected].
