Keeper

Set primarily in South America, Keeper tells the story of El Gato, an international soccer hero. Through recounting his life to a newspaper reporter, El Gato describes how as a youth he made trips into the forest where he met with a mysterious being who taught him all that he knows about the game. As he rose to the top, he also grew into a man, and came to understand the gifts that had been bestowed upon him and what is important in life.
