Man's Search For Meaning
Dr. Viktor Frankl, in this slim volume, shares his personal experiences and observations of his internment in four different concentration camps in World War II. Prior to the war, Dr. Frankl was a prominent psychiatrist in Vienna. He had developed a method of treatment called logotheraphy. His time in the concentration camps solidified for him the elements of his new treatment method. Ultimately, Frankl believed that a person must have a reason or purpose to exist.
