Sarah, Plain and Tall

Young Anna and her little brother Caleb deeply feel the loss of their mother several years ago. Their papa also feels the void as he struggles to maintain a farm on the prairies, and decides to advertise for a woman to come join the family as wife and mother. Sarah agrees to join the family on a trial basis and the children wait with bated breath to see if they can win Sarah over, in spite of her homesickness for the sea and the family members she left behind.
