Thirteenth Tale, The

Margaret Lea is a solitary soul who spends most of her time surrounded by books. An aspiring biographer, she receives the offer of a lifetime in the form of a proposal by England's most renowned and celebrated novelist, Vida Winter. Gravely ill, Vida Winter wants Margaret to write her biography. Intrigued by the mysterious Ms. Winter, Margaret agrees to this undertaking, not realizing the emotional and psychological toll this will have on both women.
