IDÉLLO has launched a new version of its platform for K-8 French Immersion. Teachers with existing accounts will need to do a reset, by clicking on a link emailed directly to them, from IDÉLLO.

Ensure that your firewall is accepting email from idello@tfo.org so that teachers receive their reset link.
Where are Favourites and Class Lists?
Focused ED sent a bulletin to lead contacts in districts and schools on October 16th to signal the coming change, and to suggest that Favourites and Class Lists needed to be ‘captured’ by October 20th. This would allow teachers to recreate the information in their new account. That option is unavailable now that the new version is launched.
