Focused Education Resources is a non-profit, member-driven organization passionate about supporting excellence in the K-12 sector. Our shared service offerings provide school districts, independent schools and First Nations schools with a comprehensive suite of resources created to help optimize every aspect of education delivery.
We are situated on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Serving members in communities across British Columbia, the Yukon and Northwest Territories, Focused Education is committed to reconciliation and building relationships as we move forward.

New Incident Response Retainer
A Cybersecurity Incident Response Retainer, available to all school districts, will enable them to immediately connect with an experienced cybersecurity expert team in the event of a cyber incident. This will support swift response - the best way to contain risk and ensure districts can resume operations and minimize costs as quickly as possible.
Digital Classroom Promotional Tools
Discover the Digital Classroom core collection resources, each summarized on a single page! Fourteen one-page promotional flyers in English are now available on the Focused Education website. Explore the tools available in French as well.
BLACK HISTORY MONTH
The National Film Board has developed a bilingual K-12 resource for teaching citizenship education through animated films. The image above is featured in the NFB / ONF’s animated short that tells the story of Vancouver’s first Black lifeguard, Joe Fortes. Click on Français in the bottom left-hand corner of the NFB home page for the French version of the resource.
