Class Design 12 provides a personalized learning pathway for students to develop their own class. It us to be provided in conjunction with an academic course. Students will be expected t collectively work in an ongoing basis with both the Class Design 12 teacher and academic course teacher.
Goals and Rationale
Teacher's interactions with students in the Class Design 12 will be more personalized and less didactic. Students will need to be actively involved in knowledge acquisition and construction as they participate in and evaluate their own learning. It is recommended that teachers use one-on-one interactions whether face to face or via telecommunication application to provide the unique support required for this learning piece.
