Anybodies, The

Intelligent, imaginative young Fern is a misfit in her own family. When a stranger comes to the door she discovers she was switched at birth and is actually an “Anybody,” a magical being capable of transforming into practically anything. The magical element in the story may be objectionable for some, however it is appropriate to the story.
