Art Canada Institute: Art Education Teacher Resources, Grades K-7

This online Canadian teacher resource provides access to a variety of instructional guides across curricular disciplines that connect Canadian art to a wide of range topics, including Canadian history, gender studies, social justice, racism, colonialism, Indigenous Peoples, science, and mathematical concepts. Each guide contains rich projects, topics for discussion, critical and creative thinking opportunities, and follow-up research ideas. Teachers can download guides, image files, independent student learning activities, and educational videos, and can adapt lessons to meet their classroom needs.
