Disappearing Act
When Jiordan is entering high school her father is convicted of a white-collar crime and their world collapses. The family must move from a very nice neighbourhood to a more affordable area and as they struggle to accept their new reality, Jiordan documents this difficult time through poems that reveal the struggles many adolescents face as well as a new relationship and discovers the power of strong relationships when facing hardships.
