Dragon Slippers

This fantasy novel is the first in a series featuring a likable, heroic female character named Creel. When Creel's aunt sacrifices her to a dragon, Creel uses her wits to free herself and receives a pair of slippers as a gift from the dragon. The slippers are more than they seem and will affect the entire kingdom.
