Mademoiselle Charlotte continues her adventures as the caretaker of the new Arts Centre. She makes friends with a group of disenfranchised young skateboarders whose skate park has been destroyed to build the centre. She helps them deal with their emotions and inspires them to use their frustration to accomplish positive results.
