Exchange Student, The

This novel could appeal to many students, but most particularly to those who are interested in science fiction. The story is set in a post-catastrophe Canada, 70 years after a natural disaster has destroyed much of earth’s human and animal populations. A strong environmental/wildlife preservation theme runs through the book, and there are a number of references to global warming.
