FreshGrade is an easy to use and intuitive tool that provides students, parents, and teachers the opportunity to assess student progress in both formative and summative ways. Students and teachers can upload evidence/artifacts of learning and attach audio or photos, and all parties can comment on any of the artifacts shared within the portfolio. Teachers can comment on student work in a forum that parents can access, and the resource also allows parents to have a view into daily classroom activities when teachers use the push notification options. FreshGrade can be an effective communication system between parents, teachers, and students.
