Horrendo's Curse

Every Autumn, pirates return to Horrendo’s village to capture all 12 year old boys to be used as their slaves. To prepare their sons for the harsh treatment they will eventually endure, parents train them to be cruel and disrespectful. As a baby, Horrendo is locked into a curse of politeness and good manners put on him by the village old, wise woman. Once captured by the pirates, he must utilize his curse to survive, outwit the pirates and prove the good in everyone.
