InvisiBill

Fergus, M.
Bill has a very busy family, so busy that when they are at dinner and he asks for the potatoes, his parents are too busy with their devices to hear and his siblings don’t listen and suddenly Bill becomes literally invisible. The doctor suggests colouring Bill with markers, but when the kids at school tease him, a frustrated Bill decides to become totally invisible by staying silent. Only when he sees that his family truly cares about him does he become visible again. The engaging and clever illustrations and amusing story will appeal to K-4 students and can encourage discussion of love, belonging, family dynamics, feeling left out, and the role of technology.
