Jake Reynolds: Chicken or Eagle

This novel takes place on Hidalgo Island, a fictitious island off the coast of B.C. Jake and his friend Emily are enjoying a summer vacation without the comforts of home. As they explore the island together, they engage in petty arguments and teasing. Jake wants to prove to Emily that he has courage.
