London Calling

After a troubling end-of-year fiasco at his Catholic prep school in New Jersey, Martin Conway becomes depressed and spends much of the summer sleeping away his time. Inheriting an antique radio from his grandmother changes his life, bringing him strange and realistic dreams of World War II-ravaged London. His guide in this dream journey to self-discovery and maturity is Jimmy, a boy who is long dead but still bent on getting help for his father, who is alive in present-day London.
