Rose becomes confused when two popular classmates declare that they won't attend her party if she invites her best friend, Stacey. When Rose refuses to give the bullies control, they try to isolate Rose and Stacey. A few friends resist the bullies control and maintain their friendship with Rose and Stacey, and Rose learns how good she feels inside when she does the right thing.
