Northern Light, A
Based on a historical incident in 1906 in the poverty stricken Adirondack mountains, this novel tells the story of Mattie Gokey,a sixteen year old girl working at a resort to support her family. Mattie is unwilling drawn into a mystery surrounding the death of a female guest.
