When a squirrel sees a friend escape a hawk's grasp and land in unfamiliar territory, she and a friend rescue him, but when returning home they see humans clearing the forest beside the power lines. They race home to warn their community but can’t convince them about the danger and must use squirrels' love of games to trick them to move to safer ground.
