Resources for Rethinking: Exemplary classroom resources reviewed by teachers for teachers

A project of the Canadian non-profit group, Learning for a Sustainable Future, “Resources for Rethinking” is a web-based database for educators that provides peer-reviewed evaluations of other learning resources that focus on sustainable development and the environment. Teachers can find information, lesson ideas, and projects that are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development goals, accessing content around issues such as sustainable communities, hunger, and climate action in the form of descriptive evaluations of and links to outside resources. Useful for Grade K–12, teachers can search by province, subject, theme, resource type, as well as grade. Accessible in both French and English, the website provides a collection of links to relevant, high-quality resources that can support lesson planning and supplement existing lessons or projects.
