Storyteller: The Art of Roy Henry Vickers
Storyteller is a collection of works by BC First Nations artist Roy Henry Vickers. The colourful, bright images and Vickers’ accompanying descriptive, simple narratives will appeal to and engage students. They will learn about First Nations history, culture, and art through Vickers’ life and ancestry, as well as relate Vickers' experiences with their own experiences. The resource will be a useful addition to Pre-K through 12 classrooms as well as a professional development resource.
