Three Act Math Tasks

This website offers multimedia lessons on an array of numeracy concepts and competencies. Each lesson follows a pattern: act one presents a curiosity-provoking math scenario; act two offers just enough information for students to begin to inquire, ask questions, and apply strategies to solve; and act three reveals the answer.
