Time Travelers, The

An unhappy twelve year old boy and a bossy but easily frightened girl are accidentally caught in a time machine and whisked back to eighteenth century England. They are lucky to be taken under the wing of gentleman-thief who accompanies the children on a dangerous journey to London. Once there, they attempt to acquire the time machine so that they can use it to return home. This is the first novel in a trilogy.
