Seventh-grade student Chloe is the only Korean student in her school and town and as a smart and gifted girl her peers and teachers make cultural assumptions about her. At the same time, Chloe tries to learn about her own cultural experiences and values for a school project, but her parents won’t divulge anything until Chloe pushes and pushes and then she learns more than she bargained for about her heritage, and must learn to deal with her unexpected differences!
