Where's Halmoni?

Kim, J.
When a little girl and her young brother arrive at their grandmother’s house she cannot be found anywhere. They spy animal prints on the floor, tumble through a door, and land in a magical world, where they meet fantastic creatures, including a clever moon rabbit, a greedy tiger, friendly goblins, and a many-tailed fox. This colourful picture book, for K-3, introduces children to Korean culture and folklore, and can be used as a read-aloud to launch discussions and expand intercultural understanding.
