Winds of L'Acadie

Donovan, Lois
Sent to spend the summer in the Maritimes by her globe-trotting mother, Sarah is transported back to 1755, the time of the Acadian deportation, by a Mi'kmaq artifact she encounters. As she spends time with a French speaking farming family, she knows she must do something to warn her new friends about the plans the Governor has made to eliminate the Acadians.
