Wolves in the Walls, The

This is a beautifully illustrated 'picture book' for older students. Lucy, the main character, shines as a heroine when she saves her family and home from the wolves and her actions can be used to discuss truthfulness and trust. The descriptive writing is exemplary, the pictures are very detailed and could be used for visual arts and the story could be turned in to a drama presentation.
