Course Synopsis: This course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to learn and explore their leadership skills. Students will learn leadership traits and be expected to demonstrate their leadership capacity by organizing and leading various classroom, school, and community events. Rationale: Leadership is designed to develop educated citizens who have the knowledge, skills, and understandings to be effective, reflective, and self-aware leaders within their community.
